🌿 Let the flower be a flower,
and the tree be a tree.

This morning, I got a little upset with Cen Na’s response.
But during class, I suddenly realized —
emotions don’t really serve a purpose.
They come, and they can go.

He’s just being who he is —
not so into studying,
but a kind-hearted person.

So I choose to see his character,
or simply try a different approach —
like having him copy or read phonics,
as if teaching a third grader.

Actually, their poor reading this morning
didn’t affect my class at all.
Whether a lesson goes well or not
depends on me, not them.

It’s not that one failed attempt means I’ve lost control.
It all depends on
the strength of my own energy.

💫 Every class, in fact,
is a form of spiritual practice.

让花成为花，让树成为树。

早上，岑那同学的回应让我有点生气。
后来上课时忽然明白——
情绪其实没有作用，
它来，就让它走。

他本来就是那个样子——
不太爱学习，但人品不错。
那我就只看他的人品，
或换一种方式对待他，
比如抄写音标、读音标，
就当作三年级的学生去教。

其实他们早上读书没读好，
并没有影响我上课。
能否上好课，取决于我，
而不是他们。
不是说一次没带动好就放弃，
关键在于——
我自己的能量有多稳。
